cmr has partnered with multiple leading health services seeking experienced Mental Health Clinicians for hospital based opportunities across regional WA, and nation wide

This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, short-term therapeutic interventions to children and adolecents while enjoying manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and a collaborative workplace culture.

About the Role

You’ll deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health presentations.

You’ll manage a varied caseload while working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to develop, review and achieve meaningful treatment goals.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake and bio-psychosocial assessments
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Community outreach to surrounding areas
• Developing, reviewing and closing treatment plans
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

About You

We’re looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

You will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work,or a related discipline.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience delivering mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative, client-centred approach.
• The ability to manage a diverse clinical caseload.
• Experience working within community mental health or short-term intervention services will be highly regarded.
